For all billing enquiries, please contact the billing company you chose when you signed up (CCBill or Verotel/TicketsClub). To cancel a recurring subscription, contact the billing company at least 24 hours before the scheduled rebill.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. How can I view the videos?
To view the movies you'll need the free Windows Media Player, which comes standard on every PC (Mac users can download it here). Older movies require the Real Player, which is also free and can be downloaded here.


2. RealPlayer error after entering your user name and password: "General Error"
If you get this error, just click 'OK' to dismiss the dialog, and then click on the 'Play' button of the player. The movie should play this time.


3. How can I save a movie to my computer?
• Windows: Click on the 'Download' link. A dialog will ask you if you want to open or save the file. Click on the 'Save' button. Then follow the prompts to select the location where you want the file saved.
• Mac: Click on the 'Download' link. The movie file will be saved at the location specified in your browser's preferences.
Depending on your internect connection speed, it may take several minutes until downloading is completed.
